What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Credit card shipments

are not billed until the day of shipment.

When can I expect to receive my order?

We always try to keep all items in-stock and in most cases we can ship within

24 hours of the order being placed. There are occasions (start of football season,

Christmas, Bowl games, Super Bowl..we hope) when we cannot ship the day the order

was received and we apologize. Sometimes we have an item on backorder. We will only

cancel backorders at the customer request.In most cases the item will arrive on your

doorstep 4-6 days after receipt of your order. We also offer two business day

shipping for $15, next business day for $25. Call if you need a Saturday delivery.

What shipping method do you use?

We ship via UPS unless otherwise specified by the customer or if shipment weight

dictates another carrier.

What do I do if I need to return an item?

We want you to have something that you are happy with. If for some reason you

are less than thrilled with your order or it is not what you thought it was

going to be just return the item(s) within 30 days and we will either refund

your credit card or exchange it. With your receipt, put the item(s) in a secure

package and send UPS, FedEx or insured parcel post. Ship to:
